About Me
I have a passion for creating. I love designing experiences, developing technology, and writing music. As time goes on I’ll add the best of these creations to this page!
Flickers is an atmospheric, abstract, 2D platformer that aims to create an emotional arc without a conventional story.
I have taken on the role of Lead Designer for this project, which my team of 8 has been working on for several months. I created the initial concept and have the final word on all creative decisions. I am also co-managing the team with my producer, implementing game logic, and creating the music and sound effects. I am incredibly proud of the work this team is doing and can’t wait to finish it!
As Flickers is still in its early stages I do not have it up for public download, but I will gladly give you a copy of the latest build if you ask. Please email me at jason@jasonericson.net.
Glo is a 2D space shooter with dynamic music, where you create and destroy your own enemies.
This is a computer game I made while studying at DigiPen, and the first game I’ve ever made. I worked with one partner and took the lead in every aspect, including design, programming, art and sound. Although there’s a lot to improve on I am very proud of this game as a first accomplishment!
